1. Payment
BDTUshop.dk accepts payment via VISA, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. The payment is deducted from your account on the same day as your scheduled pick-up.
All amounts are in DKK and include VAT.
We use an approved payment server that encrypts all card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, ensuring that your data is unreadable to third parties.
2. Product Information
The Linen Bag includes:
- 1 duvet
- 1 pillow
- 1 mattress protector
- 1 set of bed linen
- 1 bath towel
- 1 regular towel
- 3 tea towels

3. Pick-up of Goods
Pick-up takes place at the Accommodation Office, Anker Engelunds Vej 1, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby, on the date selected during your order. Pick-up is available on weekdays only.
If you wish to change your pick-up date, please contact us at acco@adm.dtu.dk. Changes are subject to confirmation and availability.
4. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been used. The Linen Bag is considered a single unit and cannot be partially returned.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
5. Partial Withdrawal
If you have purchased multiple Linen Bags in one order, you may return one or more of them individually, provided they meet the conditions for withdrawal.
6. Right of Complaint
You are entitled to a 2-year complaint period under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering defects in materials or manufacturing. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

Please note that you must report any missing items or defects within a reasonable time. 2 weeks is always considered a reasonable time.
If you wish to file a complaint about your purchase, please contact us by phone or email. You may also submit a complaint about a product or service to the Danish Complaint Resolution Body, Nævnenes Hus, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus, which you can find [here].
The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
As a general rule, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1.110 and no more than DKK 100.000. You will need to pay a fee to the Consumer Complaints Board in order for them to process your complaint.
7. Refunds
If a refund is agreed upon, please provide your bank details so we can transfer the amount.
8. Personal Data
When shopping with us, we collect the following information: name, accommodation address, arrival date (pick-up date), phone number, email address, and birth date.
Your data is registered with Boligfonden DTU and stored for five years, unless extended due to ongoing tenancy or communication needs. Data is only shared with relevant partners for processing your purchase.
